British Columbia Law Stamps. Five fresh and VF complete mint sets of five of the 1958 issue BC Centennial series Law stamps. Note that some of the stamps have full perforations all around (scarce thus, as the panes created mostly straight-edged stamps and Van Dam notes that fully perfed stamps from this series are worth a premium). Even though most of the stamps in this group are NH, all have been conservatively valued as Hinged only. 2009 Van Dam.
