Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) Perfin Cover Collection. An astounding group of 84 Canada / Worldwide covers, each bearing the franking of a CPR perfin stamp from the 1915-1977 period. A long-time accumulation, with many of these covers being offered for the first time (ever), as this includes personal family correspondence covers from the collector (an employee himself of CPR). An array of both Canadian and Foreign usages, as CPR had offices in many countries abroad. Lots of better usages from Admirals to Centennials, with regular, returned mail and registered. Also included is 30-page write-up by Jon Johnson on the CPR perfins and their use, plus a small glassine of loose CPR perfins on USA issues. We don't see large accumulations of CPR perfin covers (or any perfin covers) often. Estimate =
