Volume 9 Europe. "Albania" to "Croatia" in Scott International album with pages up to 1982. While many countries are present, there is some extensive Austria starting right from the earliest issues, with a number of nice cancels and a couple of fantastic covers (which include B106-B109 and B138-B141 on non-FDCs, cataloguing $220.00), continuing on to heavy back of the book coverage. There is some decent coverage from Bulgaria and Croatia. A mix of mint and used. When there is duplication, it is usually because of both mint and used being represented, or there being a better cancel, perforation difference, etc. Much of the material is common, with lots of short sets, but there are better individual stamps of up to $25.00 catalogue found throughout. The binder has been put through its paces and is tape reinforced to keep the philatelic goodness inside. Estimate =
