Volume 5 British Commonwealth. "St. Vincent" to "Zanzibar" in Scott International album with pages up to 1983. While a multitude of countries are represented, notable areas include St. Vincent, Samoa, Sarawak, Seychelles and the ever-popular Sierra Leone, the latter with both "classics" and lots of modern "self-stick" issues. South Africa includes many pairs (English / Afrikaans language) and lots of "back of the book" coverage. South West Africa is equally well represented, as is Natal, Orange River Colony and Cape of Good Hope (including "triangles"). The Transvaal section is intriguing, plus there is some worthwhile Trinidad, a pair of the "penguin labels" and 1960 "Seallife" from Tristan da Cunha, finishing with some British Virgin Islands. Approximately 4500 mostly different stamps, with a mix of mint and used. Where there is duplication, it is usually because of both mint and used being represented, or a better cancel or perforation difference was included. We noted many better individual stamps of up to $25.00 catalogue each throughout. The binder is in reasonable condition. Estimate =
