1874 "shovel shaped" serpentine roulettes on damaged 1875 envelope produced by the Wasnius Library in Helsinki tied with a two-ring blue ink "Finska Aernvkoen" cancel. While the envelope has seen better days (the yellow is the colour of the lining), the stamp is better than normally seen for these issues, as the roulettes are so fragile.
