Czechoslovakia # 65/256 plus Back of the Book

Volume 1 of an extensive collection in a Minkus album (with dust jacket), from the 1920’s up until the Second World War. Early issues include #92-#94 with differing types, perforations (e.g. #80a, #81a), imperforates and a good-looking range of values from the 1925 Masaryk issue. The "back of the book" includes a good offering of semi-postals, postage dues, newspaper stamps, etc. This album concludes with a selection of Eastern Silesia (includes #S22/30), Bohemia and Moravia, Slovakia (almost all used, including some nice postage dues). Scott numbers and (fairly representative) catalogue values in pencil. Most stamps in black mounts, but expect mint stamps to be Hinged. Note: Many of the better early sets, including semi-postals and airmails have been removed from this collection and are listed elsewhere in this sale. That being said, there is still LOTS of value in both the stamps and album here! Owner’s older Scott (year unknown) US$1070.10 =
