Volume 3 in a Minkus 2-post binder (no dust jacket), covering 1976-1984, all mint Never Hinged, missing very few stamps. Includes a number of 1980-1984 souvenir sheets, including better ones for international philatelic exhibitions. As previously, the mint are in black mounts and the pages have glassine interleaves. What is different with this album is that in the late 1970’s the collector decided to "double up" the pages, meaning you get two consecutive identical pages, one with mint stamps, the other with used. The used aren’t as complete as the mint, but they are pretty close. Overall condition is excellent. About 700 stamps. 2023 Scott US$525.70 =
