Catalogue Value or Estimate: $200.00
Current Bid: $140
USA # 63/2841

Two volume Mystic stamp "American Heritage Album" with pages up to 1989. Starts of with some attractive, but a bit faulty 1860’s-1880’, then Columbus up to the 50c and Trans-Mississippi to 10c. There is the occasional mint stamp, like #258 with selvedge with a bit of plate printing (off centre, but catalogues $275.00). From about 1910 onwards, more mint material starts to emerge, usually fairly heavily Hinged. By the 1930’s the material is mostly mint, including some Farley/Byrd sheetlets and then in the early 1970’s the material reverts to being mostly used, but there is still about US$75.00 in face value from the 18c-29c eras. Decent representation of the airmails, but not much other "Back of the Book". Most of the stamps are in mounts that were added by the owner. About 1000 stamps here, which should make for some enjoyable hunting. Estimate =
