Mint Never Hinged accumulation 1970's / 1980's, neatly assembled within a large 40-page padded stockbook (unknown brand). A mildly duplicated, but well organized offering included plate blocks, semi-postals,"dollar values", panes and booklets (even includes a 1986 "Duck Stamp" booklet, not counted). Lots of higher values, and totally unchecked for any better paper or stamp varieties.
