French Administration. The balance of a dealer’s holding that we have been selling off over the past year. This was partially in the process of being worked, and we are offering it as-received. There is a 16-page stockbook with a group of mint postage dues, a courier folder with some circa 1992 "new issues" still in their original glassines. There is an assortment of about 100 unaddressed, cacheted first day covers circa 1963-1972, a small box contains a couple hundred "102" cards with a stock identified by Scott and Michel (ignore the pricing) with mostly mint issues up to the early 2000’s. Finally, there is a double-sided stockpage with a wide range of mint issues and even a deluxe proof of the 18fr (#122). Lots of duplication here. Expect some of the earlier material to be Hinged, otherwise condition is very clean. Estimate =
