VARIETY. Fine mint plate block of 8 (Ottawa-No-5) of the 2 cent overprint on 3 cent Leaf issue. Very, very light hinge on two stamps, balance is MNH. Note unlisted progressive wide spacing of the overprint from left to right. Plate blocks of this issue are scarce. Minor perf separation at upper right noted for the record.
