The second volume of the Russian collection, housed in Scott Specialty album containing 1969-1983 period issues and including many Back-of-the-Book items from earlier periods. Over 2,000 stamps and souvenir sheets in total, Hinged and in Hingeless mounts on about 200 pages. The stamps are mainly mint Hinged, mint NH or CTO. The collection is fairly complete from 1969 to 1979 but becomes a bit thin on later dates. The Semi-postal and Airmail section is useful. A very attractive and collectible group, neatly mounted on clean pages. Estimate =
