Rare VF MNH lower left plate block of 4 of the 48c Lunar New Year of the Ram 2003 issue with the gold Chinese inscriptions omitted ERROR on ALL FOUR stamps. While there were only a few sheets discovered with gold printing missing in the left selvedge and the first column of stamps, there were only 2 sheets recorded with the gold inscriptions missing on the TWO left column stamps and the selvedge.
