Semi Official Airmail / Pioneer Airmail Stamp Collection. A choice offering of 28 stamps (plus the 4 multiple colour Yukon Airways CL42 reprints). All in mint LH condition, with the exception of the two examples of CLP3 which are unused (no gum). Includes issues from Yukon Airways, Jack Elliot Air Service, Elliot Fairchild Air Service, Cherry Red Airlines, Canadian Airways, British Columbia Airways, Western Canada Airways Laurentide Airways and Commercial Airways. These stamps were used in conjunction with regular Canadian postage to pay the airmail fee to a variety of (often) remote northern locations.
