Modern used collection covering 1997-2008 (no Machins). Includes 980 used stamps hinged to pages in Elbe springback album, with most of the sets being complete. The cancels are clean and no obvious faults were seen. Because these are postally used stamps, there are very few of the souvenir sheets of the time period. To offset that deficiency, 42 mostly different addressed first day covers overlapping most of this same time period, including some Machin booklet panes. Overall, fairly comprehensive coverage with very few faults and very little duplication. The effort and cost to duplicate this offering would be significant. Estimate =
