Officials and Special Delivery mostly used dealer stock on 22 manilla stockpages. Includes 4 hole OHMS Perfins, "OHMS" and "G" overprints. Noted O2 x 15 copies, O32, CO2 x 5. Unchecked for overprint varieties, but the eye caught many "Flying G"s, so others might exist. The only two mint stamps that we saw were hinged copies of E3. Significant catalogue value here.
