Smilers for Kids 2009 issues comprising of 4 different Post Office Label Sheets, which seem to have been sold separately from the "regular" Smilers. Issues are for Jeremy Fisher, Wild Cherry, Little Miss Sunshine and Big Ears. Starting in 2000 as a pilot project, the first issue celebrated "Smiles", and due to its popularity, these issues have subsequently become known as "Smilers".
