UNTEA overprints - Second Printing (Haarlem) #1a-19a. VF mint NH complete set, in corner blocks of four of the 1962 UNTEA overprints on the stamps of Netherlands New Guinea, second printing (Haarlem). This printing can be distinguished by the top of the "N" being slightly higher than the "U" and the concave base of the "T". A very short-lived provisional series, produced by the United Nations Temporary Executive Authority during the transition from Dutch to Indonesian administration.
