British Columbia / Admiral Postal History. Hoard of Victoria BC tax notices covers from late WWI to the early 1920’s, all Admiral franked and stamped "Return to Sender" with a pointing hand rubber stamp (no contents). While most are Victoria, we did note a few from other communities. Occasionally there are other postal markings from being returned mail, making for a great study of returned mail postmarks. Overall condition is quite decent, with 800 covers in total. We have also included a group of 150 Vancouver commercial covers with meter impression, most 1950’s-1960’s, duplicated, but some nice business corner cards. Estimate =
