Thirty-one mint Hinged stamps, 1898-1906 period issues, with slight duplication for colour. The best stamp is #119a, the 2 shilling blue-green. The #71 has a bit of a thin. Also included, but not valued, is the PANPEX '77 souvenir sheet showing reprints of #122 - 125, including #123a, as imperforate varieties.
