Mint Never Hinged collector's accumulation in a binder #3. The third offering from the same consignor as the previous two lots. This one being 4-pocket pages within a "Block Stamp Album" (3-ring binder) containing almost exclusively inscription corner blocks (but also some single corner stamps, including the $8.00 Grizzly). While the time-frame spans the QEII Wilding to the early 2000's, the vast majority of the material here is from the late 1970's to mid-1990's.
