Collector's hoard of "Space" themed covers. A total of 113 covers, primarily from the 1960's / 1970's, but with small group from the early 1980's. A wonderful array of material, almost all with special illustrated cachets or special postmarks, issued to commemorate important dates in US Aerospace history (as they happened). Noted covers to commemorate launches, tests, missions (both manned and unmanned), space stations and illustrated meters. Many of the items are individually sleeved in plastic with high-quality sleeves (put on by the previous collector) to preserve these items.
