Bulging "Biella" binder with mostly Nazi-era issues in clear mounts on quadrilled pages. Not your usual collection, there are many sets, with a bit of duplication for nice cancels or non-Scott listed varieties. More used than mint, and not many holes. Includes some souvenir sheets (B106 mint, Never Hinged), good converge of semi-postals and airmails. There are some bonus covers such as the 1936 Berlin Olympics semi-postals on a single cover.
