End of consignment bankers box, which starts with a 1989 UPU delegates case with year sets from 1984-1988 given by the Canadian delegation at the Washington DC UPU meeting (never seen one of these before). The rest of the box is a mix of mint (with some "postage") and some used (running from inexpensive bundles to bulk used Special Delivery and other back of the book stamps). There are some presentation cards from the 1960’s and a couple of mounted collection fragments. Noted a couple of pages of used stamps to elicit a discussion: when does an off-centred stamp become a variety? A fascinating box of material. Estimate =
