Small box containing 385 covers / large pieces from the mid-1990's to mid-2000's, each selected for POCON or "RC" (Retail Centre) postmarks, with poor strikes being discarded at the time of collection (so only quality strikes remain). A under-appreciated time period for town-cancels, with a huge amount of change overs in terms of hammers and Post Office numbers used.
