New Brunswick Postal History / FDC selection. A philatelic project by an avid postmark collector with a tank-full of gasoline! A small tub containing 719 covers, all postmarked of the first day of issue for stamps between 1987-1990 cancelled at mostly smaller Post Offices across the province. Seemingly, when a new issue came out, the collector would trek across the province to get "one-off" first day covers cancelled at smaller Post Offices. As a result, there is wide array of town postmarks represented here including CDS, POCON and Retail Centre types (often multiple types on a single cover if the P.O. had more than one hammer available). Impossible to recreate and from a transitional period where not much information is available for postmark types (including many short-use hammers). Estimate =
