Fakes/Forgeries/Paraphilately: Musgrove's National Business College Stamps. Lafreniere listed (#cc8610) group of all three (1c, 2c and 3c) 1860s issue "training" stamps produced for the Ottawa and Toronto based Musgrove's National Business College. These were produced for internal use to help teach business students the proper use of excise and bill stamps.
