An envelope box labelled by the previous owner as "Box of Smalls - For Album" and they weren’t kidding. Hundreds of "102", black selection cards, glassines, envelopes and packets witch look anywhere from 10-50 years old. A wide array of material, including items that the collector paid $20.00 each (many years ago). The unknown is that many of the packages hold more or different stamps than are written on the front, so there are pleasant surprises lurking everywhere. You will need all 12 volumes of Scott to sort this out. The only real concentration is modern-ish mint Japan singles, but there is material from all over Europe (and its colonies), the British Commonwealth, a bit of Asia and South America (not much Canada/US/Great Britain).
