Catalogue Value or Estimate: $300.00
Current Bid: $190
Great Britain # 3/524

Clean mounted pre-decimal collection in red "Favourite" springback binder. Better condition than is normally seen in offerings like this, with some duplication for readable cancels, plates and shades. Noted lots of penny reds, including a few #33, such as plates #221-#224), #37, #42 (wing copy), #43/48 (with some different plates), #64. #65, higher values to 5/- and a range of QV Jubilees. There is a basic used set of the Edward VII and a mixed bag of GeoV including Seahorses and some mint (e.g. British Empire Exhibition). The QEII is all mint, with no phosphor printings noted. Value is definitely in the earlier material. Catalogue value will be in the thousands. Estimate =
