Elizabethan-era Military postmarks on cover. While it does include some of the philatelically inspired material (e.g. Malott covers from Canadian observers in Vietnam), the majority of this material is refreshingly postally used, such as personal correspondence or commercial replies (books, insurance, utilities, charity, etc.). Noted CFPO, FMO, MPO, RCAF from across Canada (and some European origin). Small bit of duplication and a few items sent from the civilian post offices near military bases. About 100 covers, plus the hardcover reference "Canadian Military Posts" Volume 1 and 2 by Bailey and Toop, released in the mid-1980’s covering the colonial period up to the end of World War II. A nice group of covers PLUS an invaluable set of reference books. Estimate =
