A near-new Schaubek 2-post binder in burgundy fabric with regular pages for "Old German States", Plebiscite Districts, Danzig, Eupen, Malmedy, Memel, Post offices abroad (China Morocco, Turkey), Former Colonies (several Pacific and African), WWI and WWII occupied territories. Sparsely populated with a couple hundred stamps in collector-added black mounts, the best being from Saar, Danzig, Luxembourg, Ukraine, General Government and Ukraine. While attractive, the primary value is in the album. An out-of-print album - recreating it would need several purchases, with a cost of over 300 Euros. Estimate =
