The final stanza of Berlin issues with what appears to be a complete run of mint Never Hinged, regular and semi-postal issues from 1982 to 1990 in a Lindner hingeless album with slipcase. There are no booklet stamps, and a souvenir sheet or two may be missing, plus we noted a couple of used are duplicates of mint examples. A new album of this type will set you back over $300.00 alone and the 2023 Scott catalogue value for the stamps is about US$350.00. Estimate =
