Revenue collection #4, a 32-page red Uni-Safe stockbook with about 830 fiscal stamps. A 20th century group of issues with overprints and stamps produced for specific tax purposes. Includes National Defence overprints, a number of Postal Tax issues (the only section of this collection listed in Scott), Health, Immigration, Law, Literacy, and Social Services. The last page has seven pieces of laminated identification from the 1980’s with small revenues attached to the card before lamination. Wide range of overprint and printing types, with revalues, and possibly some varieties. Only a couple of Specimens in this section. Very pleasantly laid out with different printings differentiated by type, year, denomination, colour, overprint, perforation, etc. Includes mint and properly used with some duplication. Follows the 1994 "Olamo" catalogue/checklist, which has lots of detail, but unfortunately no pricing. Estimate =
