Revenue collection #5, in a big grey binder and a 32-page brown Uni-Safe stockbook with a total of about 700 fiscal stamps. The binder has a page of imperforate blocks of cigar tax stamps overprinted Specimen. The meat of the binder is a wide range of municipal fiscals, in including some multiples on 30 black stockpages, finishing with the balance of the collection on a couple of pages of examples on document and some unsorted material. The stockbook is a bit lightly filled but has a nice study of Telegraph stamps (noting plate proofs of the 1894 issue), with mint, postal uses and some multiples. Very pleasantly laid out with different printings differentiated by type, year, denomination, colour, overprint, perforation, etc. Includes mint and properly used with some duplication. Follows the 1994 "Olamo" catalogue/checklist, which has lots of detail, but unfortunately no pricing. Estimate =
