An attractive pair of covers, both franked with Patricia Airways and Exploration Co. Ltd semi-official airmail stamp CL13. Each carried on a different leg / flight of the inaugural flights on July 7th 1926, with one flown from Red Lake to Sioux Lookout, the other from Sioux Lookout to Pine Ridge. It should be noted, these semi-official airmail stamps had to be used in conjunction with regular Canadian postage, with one of these covers bearing a late use of the 1898 Map Stamp, addressed to notable Canadian Philatelist L.A.Davenport.
