VF 4-margin example of the 3d "Beaver" pence issue, on early "Money Letter" folded cover from Perth UC (Upper Canada) to Guelph. The "Money Letter" was the earliest form of registered mail in Canada, with the sender paying the Money Letter fee in cash, in addition to the regular postage needed.
