First Day Cover HOARD Part 2. A small plastic tote (about the size of a large shoebox) stuffed with over 975 Canadian FDC, almost all being private cachet covers (with a few Canada Post cachets mixed in here and there). As all of these covers are #8 size, even the Canada Post cachet covers will have to be the often better earlier versions, before they starting issuing the FDC in the larger format we know today. A good variety of cachet makers noted, and while most were recognizable names (Rose Craft / Cole, Elliot Marion etc), the sheer quantity of items here is sure to produce a few gems for the FDC enthusiast.
