Choice mint set commemorating what would have been the 80th birthday of Mahatma Gandhi, issued 1949 in memoriam a year after his death. Extremely lightly hinged, the previous owner actually thought that it was a never hinged set and we can understand why. Lovely clean, mint, and as fresh as it looks!
