Bileski Offering #2. Mint Never Hinged commemorative Matched Set Plate Block Collection from 1971-1974 (#558/655, B1-B3), in a custom 12 ring horizontal format blue binder, with a matching black slipcase. Each issue is represented on a single page with a complete matched set of plate blocks, with some division to keep the stamps from moving around. About 40 issues + a couple of duplicates from the LaPorte to the Merritt issues, including the "Indians", Earth Sciences, Royal Visit, some Montreal Olympics, etc. Counted as the most common paper type. No Christmas issues. The last page is damaged, as someone tried to undue the separations between the blocks, but the stamps appear to be unharmed. 2024 Unitrade =
