Bileski offering #9. Mint Never Hinged selection of "G" overprinted officials Matched Set Plate Block Collection 1953-1962, on custom 12 ring horizontal format pages (no binder). Each issue is represented on a single page with a complete matched set of plate blocks, with some division to keep the stamps from moving around. About 40 matched sets with almost a complete run of different plate numbers for the issues present. The only duplication is the Kayak, with the old "Flying G" variety (counted as O39).
