# 35/1228 plus Back of the Book
|
A "better than average" starter collection on CWS colour pages (up to 1988) with collector-added black mounts. A mix of mint and used up to QEII, with used Small Queens to 10c, 1c-5c Jubilees and a couple of attractive mint Admiral coils. The GeoV and GeoVI issues are fairly complete, missing only a few random items, with the higher value items typically being used. The Elizabethan era is fairly complete for basic issues, with the higher denominated stamps. The "back of the book" features a decent showing of airmail, special delivery and postage dues. Overall condition is a bit mixed, with the mint early issues are typically hinged (as usual) but there are Never Hinged (including mid-range values) to be found throughout, shifting to almost all Never Hinged for the Elizabethan issues. Besides having a good catalogue value, the face value of the modern issues will add up quickly. Housed in a three ring binder, that could use replacing. Estimate =
