Minkus pages with collector-added black mounts holds the basis of a solid starter collection. The best stamps (over $600.00 catalogue value) are found on a black stockpage inside the front cover, including six stamps from Nova Scotia. Then there is an assortment of low to medium values with strength after 1930, including some nice mint examples, blocks and a bit of duplication. Lastly (but not least) are about a dozen assorted covers tucked into the binder. We noted a few of the earlier mint have no gum, so were counted as the cheaper used example.
