Lovely mounted collection of mostly mint up to 1997 in black mounts on quadrilled pages in a green Stanley Gibbons "Senator" springback album (album alone retails for $100.00). A good, but incomplete run, but with most sets being complete and including the occasional better set (definitives, parrot strip) or souvenir sheets (1974 UPU), with the stamps after 1975 being consistently Never Hinged. Lots of great topicals including sea life, ships, butterflies, birds, World War II, etc. About four hundred different stamps, with very little duplication. A very clean collection, not often seen.
