Pair of three-ring binders with album pages 1981-2002 plus additional material. A mix of mint or used issues. The mint comes in bunches, with lots of souvenir sheets (e.g. Presidents, Columbus, Monroe, Century, Baseball, Space), blocks/sets, booklets and some high value stamps. The used are sometime duplicates of the mint, but a represent a fairly complete offering. There are some "bonus" pages which include some Hawaii, "duck" stamps, officials and pre-sorted/non-profit issues.
