Fine mint Hinge Remnant example of the elusive "Ballon Flaw" in the lower margin of the 1880's printed 15c grey Queen Victoria Large Queen. Centered to the top resulting in a small piece of the imprint being visible which allows for plating of this stamp as position 97. Fresh colour, with a minor handling bend mentioned for record.
