Mint Hinged group of 23 different stamps from the 1900 VRI surcharged issue, including some from the initial printing with level stops, but most from subsequent printings with raised stops and including some thick "V" in "VRI", a "mixed periods" and a few "missing period" errors. A nice clean offering, including both versions of the key 6d on 6d carmine issue. The Stanley Gibbons numbers represented are 101, 102, 102b, 104, 106, 108, 109, 112, 112a, 123, 113, 113d, 124, 114, 117, 128, 118-121, 131, 122, 132 (2013 Gibbons catalogue value £305.15). The Scott Catalogue numbers are 44, 45, 45a (missing period after V), 47, 48, 50 (key 6d carmine), 51, 44j, 44k, 44r, 45i, 45m (missing period after R), 45u, 46e, 48d, 48h, 49b, 50c (key 6d carmine), 51d, 52e, 52i, 53c, 53g.
