Stunning "Inter-Provincial" Postmark Collection. A well researched and mounted collection of 185 postmarks on stamp / stamp and piece nearly arranged on Scott album pages and a stocksheet. Collected for "inter-provincial" usage during the August 1910 to August 1913 period when the Union of South Africa was formed, before definitive Union of South Africa stamps were available. During this time stamps of Cape of Good Hope, Natal, Orange River Colony and Transvaal could be used in any part of the South African Union.
