Wonderfully fresh and Fine/Very Fine mint Never Hinged full plate #2 sheet of 100 of the 1930 issue 4c yellow bistre value from the GeoV "Arch/Leaf" series. While there are a few perf separations and a bit of selvedge missing at right, the stamps are all bright and attractive, with a good number being Very Fine examples.
