Pristine and Very Fine mint Never Hinged part sheet of 28 of the 1930 issue 12c grey black "Quebec Citadel" from the GeoV "Arch/Leaf" series. Note plate #1 plate block in lower right corner and double perforated selvedge at right. Take a good look at the scan as there are a few very nice Very Fine stamps in the block.
