Mostly select quality wholesale quantity used stock of three different Special Delivery issues, consisting of the 1939 issue 10c dark green "Arms of Canada" (x 100); the 1942 issue 10c green "War Issue" (x 1,500); and the 1946 issue "Peace Issue" (x 1,500).
